So here we are…with only 2 weeks and a few days til Thanksgiving…Christmas has come to the Farmer’s Daughter. After approximately 150 total man hours, we have transformed into a winter wonderland. We appreciate your patience with us needing to be closed this past Thursday and Friday, but it  couldn’t be done any other way. We hope it helps to get you all into the spirit of this wonderful season of family, friends and never ending good times.

Of course, you can’t celebrate the next six weeks of wonderful food without some wonderful fresh produce. We have over 16 varieties of local apples, including Honey Crisp, Macintosh, Rome, Cortland, Empire, Yellow Delicious and Gala, just to name a few. This week we will also have Pink Lady apples in stock…so sweet and juicy, one just isn’t enough. Take home a bag to share with your family or coworkers…and be sure to tell them where you got them…

Green bags are going quickly, be sure to get yours soon, so you can not only help the environment, but also help spread the news of where to get the freshest local grown produce around…

Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts are still available to grace your dinner table…Local grown pears, including Bosc, Bartlett and Seckel, are available also…get your before they’re gone.

Reppert’s candy is in store now, and we can special order your favorite variety, please just ask.

Due to special requests from several customers, a limited number of Christmas Trees will arrive Saturday, November 22^nd.

This will enable customers who would like to have their trees up for Thanksgiving the opportunity to do so. If this is on your agenda, stop by and check them out…they are Pennsylvania grown, and fresh cut the day before delivery.

Fresh wreaths, roping, window swags, logs for cemetery graves and grave blankets will become available after Thanksgiving…to help retain freshness…if you need a log before then, please call to order.

PIE ORDERS FOR THANKSGIVING CAN BE PLACED FROM NOW UNTIL MONDAY, NOV. 24^TH…AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27^TH, AFTER NOON…CALL TO ORDER TODAY!!
